Preds are down 3-0. For them to get to the point of wanting to be sellers, the more losses they have now will push them that way by the deadline.

WAS Within 1 with 2 min to go. This is going to be one of those three point games, isn't it?

Thankfully no. I am going with the mega-plex tonight:

Even if we win all of our games in hand..............I can't shake this feeling that they're about to dust us.
I feel the same way which is why earlier I said I think I'd actually have preferred washington win. The Pens are basically out of reach. If the panthers have regained their form from last year, they will be too very quickly.

They might get their shit together, but I'm not betting on it. This ain't the Quenneville/Brunette coached teams that looked like a buzz saw, a Maurice-led squad should strike fear in no one.

They've given up the most third period goals in the NHL per the broadcast tonight. There are some significant holes there and they may have to make a roster move if they want to put Duclair back on the active roster. Of course, there is the major question of if Duclair will have lost one of his primary assets (his speed) with the Achilles tendon injury he's been recovering from all year.

Dube just outskated the Lord And Savior to score the GTG for the Flames in their game against Detroit. I hope for no OT's.

That shot by Dube was a snipe. Detroit was carrying play up to that point in the 2nd.

I can't believe Kadri didn't bury that chance a few minutes ago...

Detroit has me concerned, if Husso gets hot they have a good mix of youth and grit to go on a real run, and like us they are stocked with games in hand.

I had the audio on the Seattle game and missed the third Wing goal. It was weird that it went in at the same time as the Kraken were scoring their second. Husso's been shutting it down lately and Seider has managed to get over whatever was holding him back (okay, he's got Walman back instead of the boat anchor that is Chairot).

Weird that three of the four games go to intermission within a few seconds of one another (2 to their first intermission, the other to the 2nd).

No way. Pit is too far ahead to catch. Their spot is not in play. Pit in regulation for sure.
Disagree, they’ve gone ice cold plenty this year. Better to try to get two wild card spots in play.

EDIT: If the Penguin lose tonight and tomorrow (totally possible because the Devils are good) and we win tomorrow (totally possible because the Sharks are not good) we’ll be 3 points back with a game in hand. Hardly insurmountable.

ill keep saying it to everyone, my public service announcement

so has everyone else after every loss, you're a buffalo fan and youre conditioned to think every negative is the sky is falling, it hasnt fallen yet and its almost march, just relax

everyone has felt that way at least twice this season if not 8000 times
