This Dallas game is awesome but the women doing color is bad, shis is just saying random stuff lol 😆 by
Still better than Ferraro between the glass mumbling about how "back in the day" or "when I was...". I think a big issue in commentary is they just try to fill every second of air time with something. It really doesn't need to be filled, just listen to the sounds for a few seconds and then tell me what is happening

Seems like most people around here predicted the outcome of the trade not in Floridas favor

I've really liked the Canes under Brind'amour but I just can't bring myself to watch the playoffs. So disappointing end to the season.
I've reached a new level of boredom.. brindamour wins and has grit but are boring and play like the 90s devils trap which our young sabres figured out too late.

Plus targeting Jack hughes and frustrating him personally has to be a blueprint for what was done to our guys which most have overcome except VO ( especially how easy it is if a team does not communicate and hekp young emotionally weak players. Id i were rod or todd id be trying to step on the necks of him wnd the vets of njd to end it Sunday.

I trust kevyn and mr meatballs has intimate knowledge of robs cloning himself in players and his details to subvert a team . we'll see if Lindy can affect.

watching other teams playoffs is proof, like choosing watching sabres/sports , over ass that my life has taken a weird turn of destruction..

Unless you are a Hurricanes fan, that hockey team is unwatchable. It is like watching Swiss or Finnish national team. The Devils did this to the league back in the 90s with a successful boring strategy and the league followed until the NHL said "enough". The tight-checking and pass disruption is ugly and uninteresting. If the NHL called the game by the book and cracked down on the subtle picks and interferece, it would help tremendously to counter Brind'Amours time and space game.

I hope Ruff figures this out.

Dump and chase is an effective way to get around it. Not sure why Devils aren't doing that. Tampa actually does the same thing as Carolina once they get the lead but no one talks about them.

(1) Carolina has a fast, mobile D, and (2) even if NJ could get to the puck first, they have not been winning those one-on-one battles.

The doghouse
What are the devils going to do with Meier? Complete disappointment since they got him and he has a huge qualifying offer. With that trade package they gave, they are going to feel obligated to keep him. Watch them lose Jesper bratt to keep him.

They've scored 11 goals in 2 games, are the 90s devils really an accurate comparison?

I definitely want to see the games officiated in a way that cuts down on interference, picks, etc, but if a team is good at disrupting stuff within the rules, it can be interesting to watch.
