Ron Francis is actually terrible. They could have had Tarasenko who has value to be flipped. A big name, a big upside scorer to get the market excited. They chose a bunch of scrubs that could have been have on waivers. Made 1 trade for a 3rd round pick. Arizona stole their thunder using their cap space. They signed Grubauer for big money long term when anyone with half a brain could see you don't sign a one good year goalie on the best team in the regular season to a long term deal. Haxtol sucks. Francis will be gone by the summer. They have no direction. Their prospects aren't going to do what Rick Nash did for the Jackets.
