Thats why, regardless of cap loopholes or not, the most boring thing for me would be Tampa repeating. Montreal winning is the most unexpected thing I could have come up with 9 months ago. I don’t like them, but I don’t like Tampa either, and Montreal’s kids have been fun to watch.

I’ve said before if Price wasn’t on Montreal, I’d be rooting for them 100%.

They’re circumventing the cap. All you need to know is the NHL cap and what the Tampa cap is.

There is no rule from a team like the Rangers to store away $40 million in players claiming to be hurt only to appear come playoff time or suddenly appear healed if a starter goes down either.

Give it a name besides circumventing, cheating, whatever. Dismissing it b/c you and another don’t want to read it lol, there is no rule we don’t have to dismiss it regardless of your feelings.
