Yes. The trade deadline, the start of free agency, the start of the draft, when there is a big thing happening involving Toronto or Montreal, etc. It always shits the bed. And they'll close the site several hours for server maintenance multiple time per year but it never actually does anything. Only so much can be done when a site's membership essentially DDOSes it every time something major happens.
