Gardiner MacDougall . He finally left the CIAU ranks after being an undefeated coach last season and winning with his UNB club as well as coaching a couple of Canadian National clubs in his off time ....undefeated all season !!! Best coach in the World not in the NHL. His rookie season in the Q has him having his Moncton Wildcat club at 24-5-2 .

Ive seen 3 hits since Rempe got suspended that are worse than his. Bennett boarding on Neighbours (no call), Kucherov knee on M.Tkachuk (5+game) and Wahlstrom boarding on Ferhavary (5+Game).

We'll see where their suspensions end up lol

They will announce a new name soon, this was all about merchandise, jerseys etc. Everyone who's spent money on UHC will also spend money on the new stuff, probably the Yetis.

They really shouldn't. All of those other names, especially Yeti, suck ass and are gimmicky AF. Utah Hockey Club is unique and different in North American sports.

You can also sell a lot of merchandise without switching the name, because even if they kept the HC they would do a whole new rebranding. New logo, new jerseys etc.

I saw and it looks like 4 of the finalist names are already teams, names, etc affiliated with Colorado teams. Pretty unoriginal, but whatevs. Lol.
