Maybe he has finally put it together. Another Late bloomer perhaps.

Does anyone think that the Rangers look anywhere in the same stratosphere as the Capitals and Canes. We'll be lucky to get the 3 seed. I'm just hoping there are no loser points in that game.
 
The Bruins have way more championship mettle than the Rangers. They got embarrassed by the Canes and dummied two straight teams in terms of play. Rangers got embarrassed by the Caps and then went on to lay two eggs defensively.
 
Am I losing my mind or has HF changed? Post game thread for Islanders is CLOSED. Click on another thread and it keeps sending me to WALL Jacking STREET! I don't know about you, but these ads are literally making me NOT want to be here. It's simply too much, I mean, I understand......but too much. Anything I/WE can do about it? I remember last year there was some kind of ad-free thing for however so much money. Jeez.

Now, if there was a PGT available, I would have said this; Shesty is and has been carrying this team now for 5 games or so. This game was better, but have a ways to go. Don't remember how long its been when the team defense has been "this bad". Do you?
A win is a win is a win, but beginning to bore me, coupled with disappointment. They're coming DOWN off of PO hockey. Hope this doesn't continue. Loving Chytil more and more each day, and KK seems a totally different more aggressive offensive player.

Also, what's going on with the scheduling? 2 things. Yet another 3 days off? And we're not playing a set pf b2b's till the end of November? Wow.

Devils dominated all period then get a too many men penalty and the Oilers give up a softy. The Devils look every bit as bad as we looked lately but are up. Must be what it's like to play us.

Honestly, maybe by technicality the review should have gone in the Isles favor just now, but frankly the player is so entirely out of and not factoring in the play, I prefer it to go in Pittsburgh’s favor. Not much to like on either team, but I just don’t like the review on plays like that where a toenail that isn’t effecting the play ends up being a technicality a coach uses to call back a goal.
