Hawks: two observations-

So much puck support. There's always a Hawk whenever another team mate can't get to a puck. As opposed to our system, which puts each player on an island.

This has to do with the first one, but the Hawks really attack the line as a team. 5 man unit, constantly comes at the Oilers blue line with so much speed.

I mean, Frolik just sent Carcillo on a partial breakaway. Our fourth line plugs wouldn't do that. They'd dump it in and grind grind grind.

Can the current team hang in a game like this? The top two lines have no one that can return any of these tough/chippy plays.

i dont think we could. both dallas and nashville have guys that aren't afraid to drop the gloves in this game. and shea weber doesn't have to drop the gloves hes just a straight up monster.

Jagr with more one timers in that one Powerplay than every New York Rangers Powerplay of the season

Should've brought him back before he went to Philly, was a mistake.

Had a chance to fix that mistake, failed.

Like Jagr's game doesn't fit Torts dump and chase hockey? Ha! That guy is a machine at keeping the puck in the corners. He should have been here the past two seasons.

Edmonton will have to be top 3 in the west as soon as next year. They just have too much talent.

They can fix the D and goaltending.

There's no reason that the Preds should be scoring so many goals and us not being able to score in a ***** house. Look at the 2 rosters offensively.

1st line snakebitten , 2nd line struggling

Hawks depth has carried them last few games

Positive sign as last year when our stars struggles team struggles

I've been meaning to ask you. Hope this doesn't come off the wrong way. Do you read every other team's boards?

It's amazing how much depth you guys have, even with paying Toews, Kane, Keith, Hossa, Sharp, Seabrook the big bucks. Craziness. Cap situation looks pretty good too.

I like Devil/Ranger/Flyer/Nuck boards

Very active and all have good discussions

Been visiting these boards often for last few years

+ sometimes I do go around to keep my eye on things (usually when Hab/Bruins or Flyer/Pens meet up)

Got some good prospects coming in pipeline as well to keep depth longterm

TT , Danault , Hayes brothers , McNeill , etc

19 straight games without a regulation loss.

I'm assuming that Coach Q is a shoe-in for the Jack Adams? Unless the Sens make the playoffs, in which case Paul Maclean deserves it, IMO.

Hawks win. lol.

Such an exciting team to watch. All 4 lines have at least 2 puck carriers, their defense pinches at what seems the perfect time to hem teams in their own end. It's depressing watching this in comparison with the Rangers.

Rangers are ruining hockey, entertainment wise.
