John Mitchell now has more goals than Rick Nash and Brad Richards combined
PAP has more goals than Gaborik

Nothing more to say

Good for PAPsmear. He can continue to become a top performer on teams who never make the playoffs.

Funny, he could have had some playoff experience a long time ago, but he decided to take matters into his own hands and kill that dream.

Yes, but the Islanders were the worst team in the league save for EDM when PAP was there, and suprise suprise Colorado is the worst team in the Northwest when PAP and Mitchell is there.

And the Islanders and Colorado doesn't have the worst bottome two lines. Its their top lines that just aren't capable to go up against the top two lines of the better teams. And in that equation, PAP is a minus not a plus.

I am not a big fan of PAP at all. He is like Gaborik in the sense that he gives his team very little momentum ever when he is on the ice. Alot of small percentage plays and what not.

What are you refering to? PAP was the only Ranger scoring in that fateful shootout against the Flyers. Or do you blame him for the penalty in said game?

What did he say?

I cant recall every word , but this is as close as I remember:

"Let's not kid ourselves, we did not deserve to be up 2-0"
"We can't afford passengers"
"Before the game there was no emotion in the room"
"If you want to play an individual game, play golf or tennis"

Basically he ripped the players a new hole.

That quote is about John Davidson, by the way.

Good article. Can't help but chuckle at Howson's characterization of Sather's negotiating style.

read this a few hours ago. personally, i think scotty hockey is a turd. seems like he has angry short mans syndrome and after a few recycled reads from him, i refuse to take anything he says seriously.

imagine if Dubinsky is the new captain of the Jackets.. good for him if it happens... :yo:

Worth a read. A few people's opinions on what's right/wrong with the club.

SCOTTY HOCKEY: Best has probably been Ryan Callahan. Night in and night out the captain has gone to the wall for the team - he's throwing his body around blocking shots and forcing turnovers, he's battling defenders as often the first man in the zone and a regular inside the slot, and he's scoring big goals with two regulation game-winners and one shootout game-winner.
Biggest disappointment ... Tough one as there are a few to choose from. As mentioned above, Richard$ hasn't been the premier first line center he is being paid to be. Speaking of big money busts, Rick Nash had just three goals in 14 games before leaving the lineup - sure he showed some fancypants moves but we needed substance with that flash.

lolololol

Clueless.

As if there was any contest as to who the biggest disappointment has been, and mentioning Nash as a disappointment rather than the best forward? Derp. Nash and Hagelin have been way better than Callahan.

Lauding Callahan and mocking Nash. It really couldn't be more opposite.

Yeah, I don't take Scotty Hockey seriously either. All he does is cry about "DEL ZASTER" in each one of his posts, even when DZ is playing well.

Did he not see that Nash was the only one creating anything out there? Or how about that Callahan's been invisible?

Chicago even executes their dump-ins perfectly, in the rare instance when they dump and chase. They make sure that their team mate will always get to the puck first.
