I feel like Miami is the NYC of Florida while Tampa is more like the NJ of Florida. They are both in swamps. Tampa just took advantage of theirs's for their celebration. NJ was similar but they just used cars instead of boats.

I'll be the first to say it, having length and/or wheels are wayyyy more important for a defenseman than they are for a forward.

But it's most important to be good. I'm all for adding a defenseman who has some size to them if they can play.

The Oilers and Panthers collectively had 2 defensemen who are legitimately bad players. The Rangers were running 2 guys in their top 4 who are either just as bad or flat out worse.

The support those guys get and desire to add other players of that ilk is something I won't understand.

I'll be the first to say it, having length and/or wheels are wayyyy more important for a defenseman than they are for a forward.

But it's most important to be good. I'm all for adding a defenseman who has some size to them if they can play.

The support those guys get and desire to add other players of that ilk is something I won't understand.

Also, all of the people who fap to size are fine with 5'4" 120 pound Ryan Lindgren because it fits the narrative somehow.

I had predicted Panthers in 7 mainly due to the goalie disparity being in Florida’s favor. And somehow, it did end up being the difference for a game 7 (despite how it ended up getting to a game 7, lol)
