30% of the current Columbus Blue Jackets' roster consists of former Rangers. Seven different guys. Remarkable.
JAM never had a NYR deal, but still... NYR West

Sather should have done something to sign him... Rangers could have called him up already... its funny how Kundratek and Jam make their NHL debuts after they get traded or not offered a contract...and where is the other Bouchard nowdays

You do realize they make their debuts because the other team traded for those players because they lacked depth in those areas.
How hard do you possibly think it is for JAM to crack the CBJ roster? Kundratek immediately became a top defensive call up for the Capitals, where as we have a log jam of defenseman. Also, if I recall correctly, Kundratek requested to be traded out of the organization due to our defensive log jam. He wanted to go somewhere where he'd have a chance to make it in the NHL.
It's common sense, really.
Although, I do agree about Bouchard. If we're gonna trade these players, we should at least get back a capable player for them, like we did with Kolarik for Ferriero.
Lines from practice today:
Gaborik - Richards - Nash
Hagelin - Stepan - Pyatt
Rupp - Boyle - Ferriero
Asham - Halpern - Bickel

Having the best d-man in the world will do that for you.
And this is without Spezza in the lineup.
Not for me. Norris Trophy backs it up
