That guy is such a good player. Forget about the two goals he scored last night. He plays a big and heavy game. The Rangers need these players. Edmonton traded nothing for Kostin and it was a new start for him. I remember watching him crush people during the season. Where did this come from? Edmonton is a deeper team with the additions of Kostin and Bjugstad. The Rangers had a bigger need for Bjugstad than the guy from Chicago. McLeod has improved his game this season. He is a very good player. Edmonton is a very good team. They are bigger and deeper than previous seasons. Skinner is better than Smith. The addition of Ekholm has helped Bouchard. I remember we debated the 2018 draft where Bouchard and Dobson were available. The Rangers took the wussy crybaby soft Russian. Bouchard has replaced Barrie who was traded to Nashville in the Ekholm trade. Bouchard missed having Keith this season. Keith was a mentor to Bouchard last season. I picked them to beat Boston in my NHL bracket. Rematch of the 1988 and 1990 finals.
Edmonton looks legit. A bunch of fast and skilled sequoia trees out there.

I'm glad Tampa got dumped out.

It was fun to se Toronto actually win a series (that'll change once their fans dial up the attitude as a result) but the call on the series clinching goal was a bit over the top if you ask me.

"Tavares is the one!!!!" - more of a cup clinching call if you ask me.

I mean, 19 years without a series win for a major market like that. Steve Dangle was going crazy. The streets of Toronto were going crazy. Those fans have been miserable for a long time.

How about Klim Kostin. Liked him in his draft year. Has really fit in well with the Oilers and has scored some huge goals.

There were many here clamoring to grab him in that draft. He’s done a whole lot of nothing outside of these recent points though, and I still take Chytil every day.

What kind of sacrifice(s) to the hockey gods do the panthers need in order to orchestrate one of the most prolific upsets the hockey world has seen since Tampa went on that record-setting season run and blew it in the playoffs against the Jackets?

Igor is the best goalie left in this tourney with vasy gone and it’s not even close. Oettinger there as well and of course Ullmark but he’s getting benched for game 7. Feels like he’s lost the job crazy of a year as he had that’s an insane turn of events.

That's a spicy situation. Ullmark cooked and you throw Swayman into the biggest game of his career?

4real though, Ullmark benched confirmed?

Everyone making a big deal about the hit on Cogliano... the outcome is terrible but the hit wasn't as bad as the Lindgren hit.

It was Lindgrens fault for putting himself in the position but now it's Eberles fault..

Ullmark is big and has shown promise. He was never at this level though. I'm weary of these guys that play tiers above their 'known level'.. I feel like it happens every season, one goalie has a career year. Anderson last year. The other Carolina goalie that has a crazy name. Grubauer. etc

Top 3 is Vasi, Shesty. Oettinger. There will be 'fugazis' that pop up in that tier but it will last a season or two.

I'm not impressed with Edmonton like everyone else. They are a PP. Obviously Draisaitl and McDavid have been nuts.... Their defense is bad. Their goaltending is suspect.

Interested to see how it goes with Vegas. Hopefully it goes 7.

I'm surprised they didn't schedule them for the same exact time.
Kind of annoyed I didn't watch any of the TOR TBL series. IT was the only other one I was really interested in.
