I’d have no problem adding Nylander — for the right price.

There’s at least some belief internally that the cost is likely some combination of Skjei, Georgiev and Kravtsov.

Personally, I like Nylander and think he could fill a very important role on this team. But I am less inclined to move Skjei at this time.

It depends on the TML. Do they do something drastic mid season? That usually doesn't work. And I love how Brady has been playing these last 10 games or so. Brady and Trouba for the next half decade is nothing to sneeze at.
Between Kreider,Brady and Georgie we have quite the tradebait.

I think the fun part of this is whats the + coming back from Toronto in the scenario of all 3 of Skjei, Geo, and Kravstov going to TML. Because that can be anything from a whatever midround pick to a AAAA tweener to an actual top-9 forward and I dunno which it is.

I've proposed this in the main thread, but Skjei, Kravstov and Georgiev for Nylander and Kapanen. Would likely be an offseason move.

I think the Rangers would push for that return but in the end its probably too much to ask for. But it's fun.

Or send Kreider to Pittsburgh

I never trust the Penguins in trades with their prospects. They remind me so much of the Yankees in that regard as being one of the only franchises to consistently be able to sell high on prospects putting up good numbers in the AHL, but ultimately become fringe NHLers or AAAA players. Sprong is the latest.

What was the last time they actually traded a prospect who had an significant NHL impact? Naslund?

The Nashville uniforms look good. Much better than the stupid font on their regular jerseys.
