I really want Boston to lose, watching them frustrates me. Would love to see St. Louis get their first Cup, but honestly just watching the game recaps at this point. I always tune in if the Cups in the building no matter who has a chance to hoist it.

I have really been turned off with the playoffs since Dallas lost.

I find the games that Doc Emrick calls to be unwatchable. If I was a new fan tuning into the playoffs I would be turned off immediately listening to him. As a newbie trying to follow the play and puck the last thing you need is hearing a spastic high pitch shrieking over the top of it. :changes channel quickly:

Honestly dont know why so many people are in love with his call - and it has nothing to do with his history of being a Devils announcer. Thats long gone. I watch the games he calls on mute. Thats how much it bothers me and the rest of my family

His call on the Stepan OTG in game 7 was great, but yeah these days I can't bear to listen to him anymore. He's very repetitive and his voice is just grating on the ears. Kenny Albert is pretty boring but at least his voice is nice to listen to. Plus you have Millbury creaming his drawers over the Bruins every intermission. NBC really needs to do better.

I've never understood "the love" either. Never thought he was THAT good. The less said about the voice, the better.

Seems odd that he stayed in Boston throughout the playoffs.

Still dont think that was suspension worthy. Cliffton was making a move last minute. Sundqvist is committed to the hit. Physics. Thats tough to just alter your path last minute.

Regardless Sundqvist being suspended probably helps STL with the stupid penalties he has been taking

If the NHL wants the game to grow they can start by having NBC get rid of Milbury and Keith Jones. Milbury is not only a complete and utter moron(worst GM in the history of the league), he’s a huge homer. And Keith Jones? What does he bring to the broadcast? He was a 4th line scrub that probably the majority of the fans watching didn’t even know he played in the league, that’s how irrelevant he is. JR is great, he’s charismatic, he’s energetic, he’s likable, he was a star in the league. Give him the Milbury spot. I just can’t listen to that clown anymore.
