It’s hilariously sad as we never mentioned them - ever - during all of our runs. Prepare to get beasted upon by a fresh out of a Cinderella story game 7 winning hot as hell Canes team. It’ll be a glorious loss for them and I cannot wait.

Each of these results will affect the pick to climb 1 spot. DAL vs STL doesn't affect the pick, but it does affect the DAL pick we got in the Zuccarello trade

Yup. The fun thing is as a Rangers fan, you have clear rooting interests in each of the upcoming series:

We want COL to beast SJS to improve the WPG pick.
We want CAR to beat the NYI to improve the WPG pick.
We want CLB to beat BOS to improve the WPG pick.
We want DAL to beat STL to improve the DAL pick.

I don't think I've ever been this vested in the outcome of the POs once the Rangers were eliminated.

I forgot they existed just like basically my last 26 years of watching, they still don’t even exist. It’s gonna be even more glorious next year when they wonder what happened after they miss the playoffs. I can’t imagine what life would be like if I was alive and watching during their hay day.

So glad I’ve *had the privilege of being able to laugh at them and their woes on a consistent basis since 2005. This, has also been glorious.

Thank god i'm from the other Island around these parts haha. We may have sucked too prior to 05 but once again the piles outdid us there minus a couple of fluke years with Peca and Yashin. They sold their team to a guy who had less money than my parents. We should start chanting 1983 at them lol.
