Calgary has the same number of ROWs as Washington. Flames are staring at a top-5 pick in the next draft.

C'bus: vs COL, @ PHI, vs CHI, vs NYI. I'd bet all my money on a) the game against the Flyers being a 3-pointer, and b) the only game they're losing is the one vs the Isles.
Philly: @ STL, vs CBJ, @ BOS, vs BUF. Those first 3 games won't come easy.
Caps: vs DAL, @ NJD, @ NYI. Seems like they could pull out at least 4 points here.
Wings:vs BOS, vs BUF, @ MTL. Should be happy if they go .500.

Honestly, I think the Devils and Leafs are out of the race.
I can't see the Leafs storming back, right now, the way they play, the way they interact with each other on the bench, this slide seems to really have gotten to them mentally. They'd have to make up 9 points to get ahead of us (ROW). Yeah, that's not happening.
The Devils would have to make up 12 points in 8 games. That's not happening either. The Caps, in their remaining 7 games, would have to get 8 points more then the NYR in their last 6 to overtake us. That's a reach, and a far one at that.
 
I wouldn't count out NJ just yet. Their next 4 games are FLA, @BUF, WSH, @CAR. All of the other teams in the race have at least 2 if not 3 very tough match ups. They could easily be right back in the race after this week. Obviously the WSH game is huge, and the Devils would actually have to win all those winnable games, something they have not shown the capability of doing thus far.
 
I still can't believe the NBCSN announcers said the only reason ovi has a better shot than crosby is because ovi's stick is curved more...yea ok

They are all but eliminated if they lose two games. That's a tall order for a team that hasn't won more than three straight all season.

currently, there are people suggesting they'd take Bergeron over Ovi on the main boards. I mean, Bergeron is a hell of a player, but just ... wat. If you go by such opinions, you could think Ovi pulled a Zherdev this season. Then you take a look at the stats ... and look who's leading the goals department by no less than 10 goals. The hate he gets is absurd. I'm not gonna say it's because he's Russian, but if anyone could give me a more rational explanation, I'd be very thankful. Otherwise I'll just remain flabbergasted. And I won't take +/- for an answer.

Just going by PBP guys, the Blue Jackets guy is better, Hurricanes guy is better, Howie Rose is better... this is all in my opinion obviously.

This Flyers guy is just annoying. He's on the same level with Beninati. Only person worse is Steigerwald. And he is by far the worst sportscaster on the planet.

Eh, I don't think he's bad. Maybe it's because I get CSN and watch almost all Flyer games but I've never been annoyed by him and I like his voice. Howie Rose is great but the tandem is horrible simply because of Goring. The Hurricanes guy has a grating voice. This is how I judge PBP guys. Do I want to mute the TV when I hear them speak? #1 reason I despise Doc. His voice is like nails on a chalkboard.
