Only if we win our last two.

I see us needing some help. Flyers need to lose one of these games or they will have home ice.

We should manage to beat Buffalo but @ Montreal i'm not feeling good about that.

Really I'd like to play Hank in both games regardless of what they mean. We still haven't clinched a Metro spot so no doubt he should play tomorrow but I want him to play in MTL too. What if we face them in the playoffs? Can't hide Hank from MTL forever.

Hank for the home games...Talbot for the away:naughty:

Lindback doesn't have the resume of Bishop, but he did have a 55 minute shutout last night when he came in after Bishop was injured, so there's that.

Also does anyone else think Colorado tanked last year? You don't just go from worst to almost first in a year span

Patrick Roy installed a whole new attitude there. Perfect coach for a group of talented young kids.

Oh, and Nathan Mackinnon is an absolute beast. That helps.

looks like vancouver went toward the bring in a beloved player from the past to take charge route with linden. I heard reporters were talking to him about 20 years ago and mentioned about him crying. Why even bring that up? I don't think there's a single person on the canucks board that wants torts back either lol

I think they're going to clean house.

Torts, Kesler & Edler.

Wonder if Edler will interest the Rangers.

But if it was pitt you guys would be going nuts

Huge difference in the way the two franchise have gone about doing things though...

Pens intentionally sucked for half a decade and "won" a lottery.

Avs moved a few picks (including the 11th overall pick in 2012) to get Varlarmov, which was a move that was blasted by almost everyone. They picked 3rd overall in 2009 and promptly made the playoffs a season later. IIRC, they were one of the top teams in the west going into the ASB in 2010-11 and then completely collapsed all the way down to pick #2. Looking back, its hilarious to think that some people thought they made a huge mistake picking Landeskog over Larsson

Colorado has gotten by with some smoke and mirrors this season and id be floored if they don't regress pretty heavily next year (6-8 seed range), but you can't deny that the change in coaching philosophy along with the further development of players (for instance, Tyson Barrie looks like a completely different player now than he did in October) has helped them take a big step forward.

Wait, BROOKS LAICH IS DATING JULIANNE HOUGH?

She's not as hot as she was anymore with that god-awful haircut, but still..... wtf.

Columbus probably winning this means that we have to win tomorrow to clinch a top 3 spot. If we can't beat Buffalo we don't deserve to clinch.
