Something about Canes and Avs that makes me not care about them.

Really? I’m the opposite. I care about those teams (and Columbus) the most. They are 3 of my top 5 favorite NHL teams (including the Rangers and Sabres). And I obviously cheer for only the Rangers, but when they’re not playing, it’s nice to have other teams to root for, as I don’t really watch any other sport.

I’m curious to see what happens if Toronto ever gets over the hump or perennial loser. Sort of like Boston baseball and hockey teams did the last 15 years. Not betting they'll do it this year.

Bruins got jobbed on the first goal. After that they let down and let in a second. They didn't take advantage of their pwp's either. But still Rask was interfered with--that should not have counted.

Tonight's game was very close. I thought both teams were sloppy on passing and stuff early on, but the pace was pretty high. The game got better but the Leafs were lucky to keep that goal by Matthews, I thought.
I think the series will go to 7 too.
