Meh... being from NYC I always pull for NY teams regardless and the rivalry stuff is more for fun to me. Besides, I went to about 100 Isles games early 80s and that was an amazing team to watch. And with how accessible guys like Trots, Gillies, Tonelli, Potvin, Smith, Nystrom, etc were post game, and how classy they were signing autographs and spending so much time with fans, I never had a problem with them since then.

Yeah, I mean i have family members and friends who are die hard Islanders fans. I personally can appreciate their players, a lot of them are classy guys, but as far as the franchise is concerned I just can't like them.

If we're talking about Devils, Philly, or Pitts I just hate those teams to the bone. And Jagr is my favorite players of all time.
