So basically of all the games the teams we are battling with have been in within the last week or so

the most unlikely times that we would get help CAR @ CBJ and CBJ @ NYI, we got help.

Yet Philly beats the best teams in the league and the Caps go out West and go 2-0-1

Easier to root for them then the Devils and Flyers, IMO. Even Pitt.

I don't mind rooting for Pittsburgh. They've been our friend over the years when we've needed them to beat up on our playoff spot competitors. Plus, they're actually fun to watch.

I find Pitt possibly the hardest to root for actually. My hatred for the Devils and Flyers and even the Isles run deeper, but I can't stand how almost everyone on their roster is a whiner and cheapshot artist.

Literally Neal, Kunitz, Crosby and Malkin have perfected slewfooting. It's disgusting. I despise that team and wish them nothing but the worst.

I rooted for Philly over them in the playoffs a few years back and will certainly do so again. They are the scum of the NHL and the worst part is, Bettman and his ****ing cronies plays right into their hands since Crosby is the "face" of the NHL.

I heard Torts and the Canucks are out of the playoffs. Really? Haha...Torts Fiasco!

imagine if this happened in the NHL.

never seen this happen before

Little good they did this year to the Flyers. The Penguins have some of the least likable players in the league. My hated NHL team for my by far. Right now I root for them when they play our opponents, but still despise them.

Sucks rooting for the Islanders but this was a good win.

Meh... being from NYC I always pull for NY teams regardless and the rivalry stuff is more for fun to me. Besides, I went to about 100 Isles games early 80s and that was an amazing team to watch. And with how accessible guys like Trots, Gillies, Tonelli, Potvin, Smith, Nystrom, etc were post game, and how classy they were signing autographs and spending so much time with fans, I never had a problem with them since then.
