So the offensive d man gets traded...not a single goal for the preds...yet the defensive d man got a goal for his team... explaaaaaane plllss
 
Some big games tonight. Even better, is that it's not two teams that we need to lose playing each other. Like, let's say, if the Blue Jackets ended up playing the Flyers. We all know that game would be going to OT :laugh: :cry:

Hope the Jackets aren't relaxing tonight thinking its tomorrow's foe they have. :sarcasm:

Seriously, really looking forward to tomorrow's game and hoping for a 2-3 match-up with the Rangers in the first round.

Klein is more of a complete and battle type player... Klein is a better NHL player than Del Zotto, although Del Zotto will most likely never reach his potential.
 
So TO lost. Can we please catch them finally? Honesty nyr had their problems but leafs always get outplayed
 
Predictions for an important night of scorboard watching?

The Devils take care of Minnesota 5-0, giving them a huge confidence boost going into their weekend meeting with the Rangers.

The Flyers become the first team to win back to back games with less than 8 secs to go in OT. PHI 3, DAL 2, OT.

Columbus remarkably comes back from down 4-0 in the 3rd to tie it and win in OT on a Dubinsky goal. Assists are from Anisimov and Tyutin. CBJ 5, MON 4, OT.

Detroit convincingly beats Pittsburgh 4-1, and the intrepid Wings remember that injuries ain't no thing but a chicken wing.

Did I miss any guaranteed frustration?
 
Flyers are pretty much in. It's just CBJ vs. NYR for 3rd and the loser vs. TOR and DET for one of the two wild card spots.

B-b-but..his concussion! He just needs some time to find his groove! I'm not too worried about Nash though, being named to Team Canada will really give him a confidence boost. I expect him to come flying out during the Olympics and when he returns.
 
It's amusing how Ovechkin always gets bashed for being a "Powerplay specialist" yet we bash Nash for scoring the majority of his goals 5 on 5.

we bash nash for scoring at all. when he got that shorty most of the comments on hf were "NASH LOL"
