I know many would love to see TB lose but I really want that first rounder. I'm really not in a cut my nose off to spite my face mood.

It's hard to cheer for a team like the Lightning.
It will always be that way for me.
Remember, my cheering for any team does not influence a doggone thing.

Now that we got Kakko I could care less TBH.

Plus its looking good for Dallas to keep Zuccarello so we still are in play for their picks.

what a lazy play by Malkin. I saw that coming from a mile away. he wasn't winning that race to puck so he hooked Toews.

I'm not rooting for them to lose, but I'm not crying for them either. Besides, our rooting is irrelevant. Whatever happens, happens.

True you never Know. I mean the Islanders got Dobson in a similar scenario. I just don't wanna wait and hope they sign Zucc. Plus I kinda like Dallas and the Blues. They are easy to root for.

The best outcome we can get is #2 (NYR), #19 (WPG), #28 (DAL), and #31 (TBL)

I'd really love to upgrade all our picks. Keep the Jets pick locked in at 22 for sure. Upgrade Dallas pick from 49 to 28. Upgrade Tampa pick from 62 to 31. 5 picks in the first 40 selections? Sign me up. All the YES.gifs

@Ola is spot on so far and I had Tampa in 5. I thought Tampa was strong based on record regular season and president trophy. But playoffs is all about the race to 4 so CBJ might surprise us. :(

However Ola had a rock solid opinion about CBJ and he believed that CBJ had the best team in playoffs player for player and I start to believe him. He has been here since 2002 so he is on something here and have incredible hockey knowledge. ;)

Anyway I`ve a beer after a salad enjoy the playoffs and weekend! ))

I don't care who you are there is no way you can't find some satisfaction in seeing such an overwhelming favorite choke like this.

Plus, good for Matt Duchene. Guy doesn't deserve any of the disrespect he gets in the hockey community
