St. Louis was very good this year against Winnipeg. If Dallas can get by Nashville, and St. Louis plays the Jets like they did during the regular season, you could end up with St. Louis/Dallas in round two. And Dallas played well against STL this season.

It's the conference finals where divisional wins start to matter for the teams that don't make the finals, right? If the Jets do end up making it there without making the SCF, the last two weeks or so have probably made quite a potential difference to our other current 1st rounder.

Edit: Okay, the rankings are sorted before the conference finals, by the team not winning their division. Could be very important then, potentially.

McDavid's x-ray was negative. He will have an MRI back in Edmonton.
