Something is broke

If you watch the video he says it himself

Poor guy, he needs to get out of the purgatory that is Edmonton

This looks serious man. I'm sick to my stomach right now. Anyone ever has blown their knee our knows. Hope he is ok

I think it's more a leg fracture, tibia/fibula or something. Either way, f***ing horrible. Hope he's ok.

If we're all guessing, I think it was a patella injury, not ligament damage. It's hard to tell from tv, but he didn't twist his knee nor was his skate planted. Looked like blunt force to the kneecap. Maybe broke tibia.

This would be worse than the fractured tibia.

Other thing to note is that they didn't cart him off.

Is there a video of the incident? Would hate to see such a great player have his career derailed by anything with permanent limitations.

Damn. Yeah hopefully it's just a upper shin injury and not knee damage.

Looking at that McDavid video to me it looks more shin than the knee.

3-1 Oilers. Keep it up. Jets winning ugh

St. Louis was very good this year against Winnipeg. If Dallas can get by Nashville, and St. Louis plays the Jets like they did during the regular season, you could end up with St. Louis/Dallas in round two. And Dallas played well against STL this season.

Nashville won so that's nothing more than home ice at this point.

Not losing sleep over it.
