Devils have lost 8 out of 10.

...but, I have to admit, watching tonight's game, the Devils were the better team. They hit several posts, and Hedberg was atrocious (he's 2-5-2 on the season - huge part of the problem) - the Devils should have had a 2-0 lead.

Their top players seem to be snakebitten, like ours. I think they'll improve over the next few weeks. We need to take the opportunity to best them in the standings now.
 
lol is the picture-in-picture box showing the goaltender going to the bench really necessary NBC???
 
Why did Dallas end up trading Neal anyway? I know they might not have been in great financial shape but it's really scary to think they could have had Benn, Neal, & Erickson locked up on their roster for awhile....

Because they're dumb. AND they added Niskanen to the deal too. Meanwhile, Goligoski was a healthy scratch in the early part of the season. They got boned on that trade. Surprised that nobody ever talks about it. It was horrible.

The team that has all the young talent and will become a dynasty?

Who's snake-bitten? Kovy and Elias are both around a point/game right where they should be. Henrique/Zajac have not proven that they can be consistent 50pt scorers at the NHL level. Who really expected Clarkson to keep up his pace?

They were a 6th seed that went on hot streak in the playoffs and lost their captain and arguably most important player in the off-season. I picked them to make the playoffs but they were obviously playing over their heads in the first month of the season.

The Rangers had never won the lottery anyways. The Devils would have gotten the #1 pick in 2011 though.

Complete BS that they won that year. Barely miss playoffs, have a crazy low chance of winning the lottery, draft 4th overall.
 
I did not have a chance to watch Newark last night, but I am watching the encore presentation right now. I said it before , Newark will not make the play offs. The Bolts are going to kick their butts tonight.
