LA lost both away games, came home, tied it up, and marched into St. Louis for game 5, picking octhe crucial win, to come back from 2-0 down.

Hope the Rangers can replicate that
 
Saw part of the Ducks game last night. Detroit is not as bad as people thought they'd be.

On a side note, for everyone in finals... Listen to the hour and a half Hans Zimmer mix on youtube when you're studying.

I'm a trusting person, but there's a limit.



Notice:

1. No one in frame appeared to say anything other than general obscenities.
2. Reimer and Cuthbert reacted to this alleged "jerk" at completely different times. Cuthbert's stare ahead was only broken when she felt Reimer's stare on her for a sold 2.5 seconds.
3. Neither Reimer nor Cuthbert appeared to look at this jerk, nor anyone besides each other, after he made the alleged rude comment.

I therefore propose that this was indeed a death stare and that Reimer acted like a total *****.
 
I believe her story, seemed that way since the first time I saw it, thought they were just acting like that together not at one another. People making too much of puck bunny behavior now....anything is fair game these days :laugh:

I'm skeptical. I know when someone makes a rude comment, my immediate reaction will be to look over at them, if only for a moment.

I'm calling Eugene Melnyk's investigators on this one.

Last i heard, he is still having good days and bad days. And that's pretty worrisome considering it has been almost 18 months since the hit that caused his concussion. Unfortunately, I think there is a very real chance he does not ever play again

France beat Russia today in the IIHF, breaking Russia's 13 game win streak at the tournament IIRC. :amazed::amazed::amazed::amazed:
 
I'm pretty sure Francesa just said that the Islanders have a better chance of winning their series than the Rangers do. I know the Penguins have been sucking, but that's just bull.

it depends. The Caps and the Rangers are 4-6 teams. You can't give them a worse than 4-6,5-5,6-4 dominance rating each night. The islanders and penguins have attracted some "motivated" hockey viewers. It would not be a stretch to suggest one team can and has been a 7 over the opposition's 3 on some nights. It just depends on how highly you place the "new era Isles" and how lowly you rate the "Dinner time Fleurys"

His reasoning is because the Islanders beat the Penguins Game 2 on the road. And the Rangers have lost both road games to the Caps, so Islanders have a better chance of winning Game 5 on the road than the Rangers do at winning Game 5 on the road.

Don't worry he's clueless, and has literally no idea what's he is talking about when it comes to hockey. You can tune over and listen to ESPN New York and listen to Kay and LaGreca, because LaGreca actually knows hockey. However Michael Kay is probably even more clueless than Francesa.

My advice is listen to Joe and Evan on WFAN. Those two actually know what they are talking about. I really like them.
