(On paper) EDM's 1st PP unit is as good as as their 2nd is bad.
That describes there entire team. top heavy. 2-3 really good players and nothing more up front really. Their first unit strikes again. 3-2 oilers. Big third period coming up. Hitchcock just needs to play 97 30 minutes plus a game lol. I know people love the star elite player but I would almost have 3-4 very good lines that can come at you shift after shift.

Not bad for a guy who was a bust 10 weeks ago.

Kind of depends on how you define bust.

If you take a player third overall in 2016, with some of the other names on the board, and end up with a second line center, yeah.

If you're a team sitting fourth from the bottom that didn't draft him, not so much.

Time will tell what Strome becomes in the NHL.

Both goalies in san Jose have a sub .900 save percentage right now but the team has been really good this year. Karlsson up to 43 points after early adjustment period.

I think we will end up below Ducks, Panthers and Oilers. If we trade away Zucc and Hayes bottom 3 is possible.

Idk. The Rangers pretty much f***ed themselves with that lose point spree.

If they don't get back a good haul for Zucc, Hayes, etc. and they get the 10-12 OA, this might have been THE most absurd season in Rangerstown history, and is sort of telling for at least the next decade.

That sounds like the early 2000s without trading their top prospect or 1st round pick every season.

Naaaaaa...

I’d say trying and failing to be bad is more absurd than trying and failing to be good

Mhhhhhhmmmmm...

Is Carter Hart finally the answer for philly?
Still too early to tell but he does have the talent. Time will tell. Remember Philly also went on a ridiculous winning streak last year as well. They are a pretty talented team.

Exciting finish, if it wasn't for Lindell's big skate the game would've been tied 5-5.
