The NHL Network is just one of many examples in which the NHL swings and misses in the marketing department.

They put no effort into their off-season programming. The NFL, NBA and MLB networks pump their offseason programming full of Hot Stove, and int'l/off-season league play

Oil Change is so sad to watch. I'm waiting for them to do season wrap-up symposiums with a live audience.

They will be beaten to alot of pucks, but good along the walls.

Gonna have to resort to a dump and grind, Torts style maybe? :)

Even Zajac and some of the other forwards arent that fleet of foot. Elias is a great skater but hes getting up in age now and wont be the first man in. Its going to be a challenge for sure.

I expect Henrique and Larsson to both turn into stars, this year.
 
Seems like Jags just wants money at this point. The devils aren't winning anything and he could take a nice paycut if it was just about playing in the NHL.

Just an odd decision.

They either become a playoff team or (if not) he gets traded to one. He doesn't get to be as choosy about his team, but this way he gets paid, too. I don't see a scenario in which he's not on a playoff team come April.
 
A single Ranger fan calls the Jagr signing a bad move on the main board and like 6 Devils fans rip apart our fan base and organization

Their generalizations hurt mah feelers :(

I guess. I'm not familiar with the cap but I'm sure there are a few teams significantly better off then the devils that could fit him under the cap. I'm sure that more optimal then roughing it and keeping your fingers crossed for a trade.
 
At this point, I think Jaromir and Teemu have the longest running game of roshambo in history.

Say what you want about the organization, but how can the Devils fanbase rip apart another organizations fans?
