The lawsuit also states that an employee in charge of the locker room was not only ignored by Sharks management when she raised concerns about Whitmer, but that she was terminated shortly after doing so.

“This program supervisor raised these concerns to management at least five to 10 times during the 2018-2023 period,” the filing reads.

Devils and Pens both got handled today. Both teams look awful lately

Keeping an eye on Detroit, Tampa/Philly and Washington tonight.. I got a feeling we gonna make thing interesting closing this b**** out this season

Tampa is going to break Philly enough for us to squeak into their spot. Detroit looks like they’re free falling with Larkin out.

Gotta figure VGK is going to be pumped up after the deadline, home on a Saturday night. And if DET gets that Vegas hangover... well now.
