I was hoping the Sabres would move up and draft him. I hate that he’s on the Sens.
 
It’s not even about a code or dishing out consequences…it’s about a cross check to the face. If rielly wanted to be a tough guy then he should have been a tough guy.

It is expected for a soft team like the leafs. Nothing tough about that POS play

Deep down, Rielly knows if he had thrown his gloves off and tried to actually do something within the boundaries of acceptable NHL behavior, Greig wipes the floor with him.

He was too chickenshit to do the thing that is the acceptable form of violence, so he resorted to using his stick on the guy's head.

In line with this, I figure if it's front of the home crowd (even if there are a bunch of Leafs fans) why should a visiting player get so butt hurt about a home team player revving up his own fans? That's the stuff that as a visiting team you just suck it up and skate off. I mean...big deal? I can see if it was in Toronto that it could be taken more as an insult to both team and fans. That would at least rationalize a scrum...but not a farking cross check to the head.

I have a hard time envisioning anything other than a Vegas-Florida cup series. They both just seem built really well for both regular season and playoffs, and they have the best coaching out of the big contending teams.

Anyone else confident about any of the teams in either conference going the distance?
