It's bad enough blaming the refs regarding the team that you root for.

But in a game where most of us are only moderately interested at best? I don't particularly like either team, and certainly both are way lower on the hate meter than quite a few others.

There is no conspiracy against the Pens by the refs. And certainly none here.
