Not sure why the Bruins are part of that group... I'd remove the Wings and (to a lesser degree) the Isles too. That leaves the Habs, Rags, and Jackets competing for the last spot.
EDIT: Even DailyFaceoff has it down to those three.

Here's hoping! I'm not terribly anxious about it either way but it would be nice to at least get into a (non draft lottery adjusted) top 5 slot.
But it's out of my hands so we'll see what happens.

Pretty sure the last time the bruins won a game, Ovechkin was the third all time goal scorer
Not a bad night for us standings
-wise if Anaheim wins their game. Boston losing again sucks but Buffalo won.
Pens need to take care of business and lose to Stl and Dallas this week. Those two teams should not be losing to us on their home ice.

Hope the kids play well on upcoming road trip but yes on losing to the Stars and Blues. Hell the penguins usually never play great in Chicago and the Hawks.

They briefly touched on the Bruins’ during the most recent episode of Puck Soup. Will the Bruins actually bottom out or whether they’ll try to reload.
Look at the Blues after a coaching change. It’s a good thing we’re set for life behind the bench. Wouldn’t want to be good again.
Hope the Jackets sneak in but Montreal keeps playing well.

I kind of want to see the Rags get in. On one hand, the Caps will likely blitz them in 4 or 5 games (max). On the hand, them beating the Caps would be a huge upset.

The Rangers are such a 1 line team, they look so good anytime the Miller-Zibanejad line is on the ice but they're dogshit at all other times.

Yeah, but they have the fewest games remaining. Looks like they would have to go 5-1-1, 5-0-2 even, to make the playoffs.

I’m sure others are. I can’t ignore that this is basically Barry Bonds of the NHL. The dudes obviously juicing but the NHL is so committed to making this a feel good moment it’s getting swept under the rug.
