OT and not specifically NHL related, but Jay and Dan from TSN are moving to Fox Sports One in August. Hopefully they focus on hockey more and that channel becomes what ESPN hasn't been for a long time.

Gonna have to ask GameStop to remove the cover when I buy it, I suppose...

Do people really care about who is on the cover? I don't play hockey video games because they are terrible, IMO, but if I did play, I wouldn't give a **** who is on the cover. If you like the game, just buy it. The game is meant to be played and not meant to have people stare at the cover.

The GOAT sports games are the NHL games. Luckily, I buy one every 5-6 years so I won't have to look at Marty. :laugh:
 
Video games will never be able to capture a sport like hockey, compared to games like FIFA. The NHL games are kinda fun, after a couple or 15 beers, and they do get slightly better each year. Slightly. I thought Bob was perfect for the cover, Tavares even better. Isn't the cover theme supposed to be young, up and coming stars?

Chicago's rally speeches were hilarious; Crawford **** every other word, Toews just looking like a dork. Good for them.

I honestly don't care who is on the cover...but do you really want to have to look at his fat face every time you load up the game?

this was not unexpected, I'm just hoping this phoenix mess will be over soon. I feel bad for their fans, but it has not been a great place for an NHL team.

It's getting interesting. 2 sources say Corey Schneider is in play. 1st and a prospect part of asking price. Suspect Oilers in on talks.
