Lucic had a couple of noticeably bad stretches in earlier series too, if I remember correctly. When he came on like he can (game 7 against the Leafs) he was a prime reason they won.
He does not look like he is playing at full power.

This is honestly what I expected when these two teams met in the finals. Both of these goalies are only as good as the team they play for. Imo, they are behind Hank (obviously), Quick, Howard and Niemi.

This series is helping me in seeing different facets of Crawford. With rumblings of him possibly being at Sochi for Team Canada, it's good to have an understanding. Of course, Canada does not have overpoweringly great choices for goaltending (Brodeur back? Hope not. Cam Ward).
With players in front clearing his rebounds, it can still work. To be honest, I doubt he has ever allowed so many easy, clean goals as tonight.

Pretty hard to fault Rask at all on that one, how would he even see it?

Edit: maybe he saw it, anyway, really nice shot

He saw it the whole way lol.. Like I said, I think both of these goalies are above average

I had the timing a bit wrong. Rask was struggling to see where the puck was, but that was a wee bit earlier. He did have a decent look.

Great, entertaining game, for sure.
