Normally, I'd agree and give him another season, but, as demonstrated by herzausstein, a buyout now is a lot more palatable than a buyout later. Also, he had a whole season to get past the "slow start" and never did, and didn't even take it to another level in the playoffs. That just makes it feel to me like next season isn't going to be much different. There's also still the point that I was trying to make before, that he just doesn't feel to me like a good influence to have in the locker room. Regardless, I know that a buyout isn't going to happen, even if Blake is replaced.
