Sens look like toast, Boucher on the hot seat.

What’s that? The Rangers come to town tomorrow? A team that constantly lets inferior teams get leads on them and fails to show up early in games? Could be just what the doctor ordered for the Sens.

Can't wait to be blown out and shut out by them tomorrow.

I can already see it too clearly. We come out horribly in the first and get badly outplayed. Let the Sens control the pace of the game and just give it to them on a silver platter.

I would love to disagree with this but can't.

Must say very gratifying to see Boucher style of play completely a disaster right now. That style of play destroys hockey

Guy Boucher will turn on his laser stare capable of vapourizing all it touches. You'd almost think the Senators were good the way they give the Rangers such trouble. Maybe a good bounceback with a vengeance game from NYR handles them this time.

G has had an excellent season.

He'll probably be the one laughing as well, given he plays for the best team in the NHL, and probably had no chance to win a Cup, if we didn't buy him out. Our right side sucks, as well. Great job by Gorton though, got the bad corsi stats off our team, even though Girardi has decent corsi stats this season.

Girardi is a terrible fit for AV's system. He can't skate and he can't pass. If Gorton wasn't dumping AV, then he had to go.

Girardi was "bad" because he was playing a role (1RD) that he was no longer suited for. TB is using him correctly and his stats have improved markedly.

But many here told us that Girardi wouldn't even be an NHL lever player anymore. That's a bit different from just some improper usage.

Like @haohmaru said, Girardi is playing a more reduced role better suited for him and in a system where he can succeed. He has looked pretty good out there don’t get me wrong, but being on a different team has def helped him no doubt.

Man dubi got the worst of that fight with kassian. Such a stupid move to fight so late in the game with the score being the way it was. It didn't even look like much of a fight. Even thought kassian would get an instigator. Kassian is a POS wish he didn't play hockey anymore.

Of course, but still many said that the advanced stats clearly showed that Girardi doesn't belong in the NHL. They didn't say it was only his usage, there were quite a few posters who said that Girardi is amongst the worst players in the NHL and that it is independent of his usage.
