It is not a problem at all. Do you weight train steady or have much experience with it? Or just read stuff online? This is a topic I am passionate about, and I hate people who try to blame "working out too hard" on injuries.No one ever suggested that it was the only problem, know-it-all. That was just another one of your bright assumptions too.
Answer the question. How come pro NFL athletes do not get hurt playing a way more physical sport, while training even harder than a guy like Chych?
