No one ever suggested that it was the only problem, know-it-all. That was just another one of your bright assumptions too.
It is not a problem at all. Do you weight train steady or have much experience with it? Or just read stuff online? This is a topic I am passionate about, and I hate people who try to blame "working out too hard" on injuries.

Answer the question. How come pro NFL athletes do not get hurt playing a way more physical sport, while training even harder than a guy like Chych?

Why doesn't every athlete bench the same wight? Why do some athletes have better endurance than others? Why do guys like Keith Yandle and Phil Kessel go on ironman streaks?

Because we're all different.

And also, to quote you (in your response to @Jamieh) "You gotta study showing that" NFL players train even harder than a guy like Chych?

"or are you talking out of your ass?"

Most men can get big or bench high weight if they really wanted too. Same with boosting their endurance to run marathons etc. So that is a stupid argument. We really aren't that much different...Do some people have a genetic advantage? Yes, but you can still get there with hard work.

I don't think we need a study for that buddy lmao. Go take a look at how big NFL guys are. Do you workout steady, or even with intensity? Yes or no?

NFL players get hurt all the time! What are you talking about? They blow their knees out all the time. It’s the reason linemen try to get as much as they can early on due to not knowing how long their careers will last.

Arguing with you is like arguing with a ten year old that thinks he knows everything then resorts to name calling. I'm out!
Where did I name call you? I asked you a simple question and you're not answering it. For all I know you could weigh 400 lbs and have never been in a gym in your life lol.

Obviously NFL guys get hurt, but plenty of guys stay healthy and train a lot harder than Chychryn. Look at Travis and Jason Kelce, or Dk Metcalf. His injuries come down to genetics and maybe his diet. Metcalf is on the leftDzJz7yoXgAAj7cZ.jpeg

My first stalker. Unfortunately, I think its a dude. I support LGBTQ rights, but I'm not one.
I guess we shall never suggest again the possibility that training leads to injury. No one in history has ever over trained or miss trained for their particular sport. And the best trainers (cross training) has never lead to any injuries. But I guess diet sure can.......

hey jamieh, i am gonna call chych up personally and tell him to start living his life like phil the thrill kessel to prevent injuries from here on out.

I think someone needs to take a look at Chychrun's diet and training regiment. He doesn't play enough of a physical or risky game to get injured this easy and often. I'm assuming this one has something to do with the "innocent" slewfoot from Hedman.
Or just this, seems there is some ground between the 2 thoughts??

it all comes down to genetics imo. Look at DK the freak metcalf or phil the thrill kessel.

I think there are genetics involved, but also consider how Kessel and Yandle didn't hit and were good at avoiding hits.

Hischier got the only penalty. OK, not for getting crushed, but what happened after.
