Yeah Trouba has been miscast by NYR as a defensive guy since day one. He was at his best here as an offensive guy on his pair that can join the rush.

Cerebral play was never his strength. His strengths were size, skating, quick accurate passing and his shot.

Who knows if he will ever get that play style back.
