Leafs losing in the first round is only made sweeter by being eliminated by the Bruins.

And in game 7 in OT to boot - only thing that would have made it better is if they had blown another 3 goal lead... Nothing will top that year...

Bruins/Leafs Game 7 didn’t matter much to me because Florida would demolish both teams but the Leafs losing makes Craig Simpson upset, which makes me happy.

Agreed but Colorado would beat either one of those teams, not giving the Jets a excuse because we played like crap but Colorado would beat either one of Boston or Toronto. Now i hope Toronto signs Woll to a 10 million a season deal.

I do feel sorry for ANY goalie who has to play there, Samsonov had a 50/50 chance of being the winning goalie last night.
Their vaunted offensive didn’t show up, that’s where the blame lies IMO

No excuses for the Jets, they lost to a much better team……having said that the Avs would blown either the Leafs or Boston out of the water in 4 or 5 games. The Avs we played were multi times better than the Avs of the regular season, they would have destroyed the Leafs. Boston vs Leafs was competitive, but vs the Avs either of them would of been destroyed utterly

I don’t hate the Leafs teams, never have in fact I own Leafs merchandise and was a big fan for many years growing up. But in a time of multi media, where fans can voice their opinions at a click of a button…….are there any more annoying, arrogant and disillusional fans in the world then Leafs & Habs fans? Their fan bases make them unlikeable IMO.

PS: So many of the Leafs fans watch Steve Dangle they mirror his reactions and takes to the letter. It’s so funny

I think the Panthers will beat them up - theres something weird about Boston's tentativeness and lack of scoring. Great goaltending though.
