Torts would be the absolute perfect coach for Ottawa.
Honestly he's a similar coach to Green. Firm, straighforward, honest and demanding. Protects his players too. Both want their players to play aggressive forecheck.
There's things I don't like about Green already, for example how he sets-up the PK. How we often rely on going off the boards instead of properly exiting the zone. This is similar to what we did with DJ Smith but I wonder if it's just instinctual. Still a lot of time to see what Green will do but he has the right approach off the ice it seems.
For the PK though I'm legit worried. We concede the zone entry and let the other team snap it around in the Ozone. With elite players on the ice and a bunch of bodies crunched in front of the net (Protecting the front of the net/passing lanes on the inside) there will be a lot of shots coming and a lot of traffic.
