But the analytics look great, they will regress to the mean, and not give up another goal for the next three weeks.

He doesn't care. These new TV contracts need to get paid for somehow.
If anything, he's probably asking folks to come up with another high priced ad unit to throw somewhere else.

Ottawa spent so much money in the offseason acquiring DeBrincat and Giroux. Tkachuk and Norris are getting paid huge dollars. Talbot is out. Dorion is still trying to acquire Chychrun.
They have spent a lot of money in Jersey. The team has been bad for a while.

as ppl have been saying, Keefe is a Dubas pick so firing Keefe would be admitting failure for Dubas and likely his own head, so I think he will go down with the ship. Boudreau is too soon to let him go. Lindy is a dead man walking.

No team wants Horvat at the money he will command, including the team he's currently the captain of. Speaks volumes.

The clownshow with JT Miller trade/contract talks says it all. That organization has no idea what its own plan is. Seems to be a lot of that going around with these Canadian teams fumbling all over themselves to disappoint their fans.
Yea they thought they were getting blue chippers for Miller. Everyone told them to keep him if he is so great and they said that would be a dumb move. They all backtracked on that once they signed him.
