Like I'm all for cockiness in the best athletes in the world, they need a certain amount of crazy...but if you can't work hard to back it up and your talent isn't enough to just carry you, you can't have that kind of shit one-upping your teammates.

I could not believe with everything on the line on Tuesday some of the guys DeBoer had shooting over Stone and Pacioretty. He had Nicholas Roy shooting over those two and Marchessault.

I really hope Vegas retains DeBoer for next season. I feel like he kind of has that trait that Lombardi had where he thinks he is the smartest man in room and is unwilling to adapt to anything.
