It's a little early for the "We want the cup!" chants.

I would like to see Colorado get the shutout tonight, they have earned it.

McDavid is going to be all worn out by the time he gets traded to the Kings.

I hate Smith, a couple of the goals against tonight were not good, but he also made some great saves. I'm not sure what exactly the Oilers and their fans are expecting when I see many putting most of the blame on Smith.. Smith is 40, extremely hot and cold, and the Oilers are bleeding quality shots against all over the ice. They are extremely fortunate to have gotten this far with their defense and goaltending

Did you see the chop he did at the end? Right to the back of the leg of an Avs forward.

Yeah, imagine that a back check that eliminates the gap and allows the defense to hold the blue line actually works against the Oilers, as it does against any team.

I think they MUST put in MacDermid for Jack Johnson...you know one of the only things the Oil will try to up, is their physicality and try to take an Av out....espeicially being dwon 2-0 and in Edmonton. enter MacDermid and will greatly help. He's not much more of a liability than JMFJ.

They def. tried to injure towards the end there. Same culprits every time too...Kane, Nurse, Smith.

Edmonton is gonna have a rough offseason, that Nurse contract already looks like the worst in the league and he's not even wearing it yet.

Besides the Cryotes in 2012, not sure I have seen a team or a fanbase cry so much about penalties or lack of power plays like Edmonton has.

It's like they know they are dead in the water if they can't go on the man advantage as much as possible.

McDavid + Draisaitl run the pick on the PP like they think they are playing basketball.

Some people on here got confused about the Coilers due to Calgary not being very good... They dont have the depth that the Avs have .. might go 5 max.

Honorable mention to McLellan's Sharks teams who couldn't do anything without their special teams

I mean it was predictable with their history and with their media anyway but you just knew when they couldn't complain about anything in the first round and they decided to just make shit up with the 'wahhh we can't practice' bullshit that it was gonna be 'everyone is out to get us' victimhood all the way out

No wonder Drew Doughty doesn't even want to be seen in Canada, he could blink wrong and they'd make a tshirt

I think Edmonton is largely better than other (Canadian) fanbases are giving them credit for but it was always a contest to see who was gonna get cleaned out by the Avs anyway.
