Probably, but they looked pretty flat against Washington those first few games before taking over.

Yup, too much experience there to give the Lightning this kind of opportunity. They may slip up and lose one of the next two at home, but I think this series is over in six games max.

Tampa Bay really has made the most of their window after struggling to get over the hump initially. If they win a third straight Stanley Cup, it will be an accomplishment that likely will not be duplicated in the salary cap era.

I'm sure you're just being funny but even though the pass was the highlight of the play the player who scored picked a corner with a rolling puck which is no easy task.

You could say we did something similar. From 2003-2008, we drafted Brown, Kopitar, Quick, and Doughty.

I agree that's a great run for us, but it's not that close to what Tampa did.
