The McCabe trade for Toronto was fantastic. I'm not super hot on this contract given his age and injury history. Maple Leafs can't seem to build a defence corps, so I get it.

The amount going forward isn't that bad as the cap will be going up and the Leafs kinda need him.

Given he might be the best pure skater the league has ever seen, McDavid is incredibly soft on his skates.

Hope he’s ok, but also man, you have the most powerful stride in the league, don’t fall at every minor stick tap.
