Interesting take on the trade. There’s some risk here considering Florida’s entire core is over 30 (minus the Tkachuk’s who are 29 and 27 by the end of 2026).

But Florida seems too well run to fall off by 2029 especially with players forcing their way there.

I think we have a year at most if it’s not already too late. Quinn could technically sign an extension next week. I think he may wait it out into the season a bit.
