Isn’t a dynasty a 4 cup team?

3 Peats or 3 in 4 or 4 in 5 are generally considered dyansties.

The Bulls for their 2 3 Peats and the Lakers in 00-02 are both considered dynasties in the NBA. Don't know if its different in the NHL. Winning 4 in a row isn't something I see Tampa or any other team in the NHL doing now with the cap.

I remember Stan Fischler ragging on the Oilers not being a dynasty for not getting 4 in a row or something like that. Pretty stupid if you win multiple cups your a dynasty in my books?
