The Leafs only generated fewer than 6 high danger chances in one game all year, and it was game 7 against Montreal. I don't know if I'd say they didn't show up at all since they didn't surrender many high danger chances either, but they just looked terrified of trying to generate anything and just let Montreal have a very boring and easy game 7. For a team built the way they are to completely give up trying to create anything offensively in the most important game of the year, something is clearly very wrong

It's why the focus should be on adding talent and scoring this off season. Keefe playing safe didn't help either. Hopefully Dubas has learned his lesson.

Win or lose, they should have come out like gang busters and leave everything on the ice...and if you don't win the game, at least hurt somebody instead of letting them come out of it with a clean victory...it's freakin' game 7!

VGK up 5-1 late in the third, going to tie the series 2-2. Knowing our luck Montreal will sweep Winnipeg and one of Colorado or Vegas will be so beat up from their series Montreal will have an easier time against them and book a trip to the SCF.

Government can hold a multi-million dollar hockey organization accountable (and trust them) a lot more than a single person.

They are still under a strict set of rules too. It is just that these rules allow them to play and travel back and forth. They can't ensure the same with random people, as dire or unfortunate one's personal circumstances may be.

Pardon me while I laugh at the suggestions that the Government can actual police what 20 something kids are doing when so many of their own defied the travel ban to go party in southern climes.

Men against boys these past 3 games. Grubauer is the only reason why Vegas isn't leading the series after he stole game 2.

If the Avs don't respond at home in game 5, there will certainly be questions surrounding their team.
 
This North series 2nd round match up is so embarrassing for this team. Beat Montreal and this is what you had to go against...This. Montreal is going to the conference finals when their fans wanted Owen powers......we are such a f***ing joke

also around the league, is Vegas dominating Colorado this badly?? They out shoot them to hell, with Colorado barely reaching 25 shots a game and they only had 18 or 19 this game. Colorado needs to respond in game 5

The rules are the exact same for them as everyone else except that they can go to the arena. They are tested all of the time and there will be security that ensures they don't leave said bubble as well. All on the NHL's dime. It is really no different than what you would have to do except it is a lot easier to contain those players than it is to contain you (once you leave the quarantine hotel).
