Panthers are much healthier now. They won't be an easy out.
I think it will be interesting to see what Florida is. I think everyone would acknowledge that they had the benefit of some unexpectedly spectacular goaltending in the playoffs last year. Can that be repeated? I'm not so sure.

Honestly can’t remember anything like the Oilers story that is this year before in the NHL. It’s not quite too late but they need something pushing a 110 point pace to make the playoffs and there’s not much to suggest that’s about to happen.

They will try to bully the Leafs if they meet. I just hope the refs don't let them get away will all their bullshit tactics.

I can't think of the last time a supposed Cup Contender, hell favourite, failed to even make the playoffs. Off the top of my head I can only come up with the '93 Rangers.

I feel like this season will be the one that finally pushes mcdavid over the edge. Man is going to be miserable all year answering dumb questions while trying to carry that sad sack of a team while injured.

The Oilers are starting to make me nervous. If they keep this up then Drai is going to demand a trade, meaning they'll be removing the net negative player from their team and will start to improve :snow:

Hot take lol. Draisaitl is among the best players in the NHL signed for 8.5 mil. They don’t likely improve from trading him
Among the best at finding the back of the net sure, but he makes 0 effort defensively. This lack of effort then infects the entire team.

If he decided to play a 200 foot game then I agree he could be among the best, but with his current attitude he is a liability

What a wild finish in Nashville with the Avs choking away another game late in regulation. Not sure what Makar was doing on the winning goal lol

Rangers finally lose in regulation
We are spending Thanksgiving week in the East TN mountains and were talking about going to that game yesterday, but I didn’t want to drive through any city. Missed a good one.

2 second place Selke votes two years ago. Clearly an elite all around player..
