I had no idea Olivier was that tough. Wow.
I wonder if he really is, always seemed kinda run of the mill type, the kid is just a swing from the knees trader. Has worked so far because he’s 6 7.I had no idea Olivier was that tough. Wow.
Yeah. I had renewed care in the Matthews era. Since the Washington playoffs until last years Tampa win I was emotionally invested.
Now I like it and watch it but am much less invested. It’s much easier and better.
Woah, we're taking about two different things here and now you've got me more excited.Yeah. I had renewed care in the Matthews era. Since the Washington playoffs until last years Tampa win I was emotionally invested.

You know Bettman, having seen the over top excitement this borderline kid has caused, is longing for this bothersome CTE stuff to go away. Fill those arenas any way possible.Rempe is brining back my excitement for hockey. There hasn’t been much worth watching since Brett Hull belted out Gloria… now if they’d bring back fore-checkers laying the body on the D, we might have something.
Torts is always on the edge of blowing a gasket, he's definitely doing yoga and paring a bonzai tree right now to keep his blood pressure down.Torts gonna blow a gasket watching Peterson play goal.
Well we will probably get to see what he’s got next weekend.Pound for pound, Rempe isn't the greatest fighter...
I kinda predicted this back in November. What a steal by Stevie Y.Even if he is a 50 pt winger right now this is still a great add to the Detroit lineup.
Hagel doesnt play with kucherov exclusivelyHe's going to turn Brandon Hagel into an 80 point player. Unfortunately for Tampa, they have almost nothing beyond that top line (but that top line is maybe the best in the league in terms of pure offense).
Wow, what a storybook ending. Reminds me of Sundin's return to TO
Hagel doesnt play with kucherov exclusively
He plays around the lineup. Dude is an very good young player. 65 pt player who is having a career year this season
The Bolts made a great trade to add him
As much as I like this kid willing to fight. He is reminding me of Gabriel with the Sharks. Fight and stay in the NHL or not fight and go back to the minors. This kid won't last against Reaves.
And I agree with the others' sentiments, he needs to slow down.
Hagel? He is their 2nd best player this year after kucherovHe's irrelevant.
Agreed, that trade worked out very well for Tampa. The Jeannot trade, not so much.Hagel doesnt play with kucherov exclusively
He plays around the lineup. Dude is an very good young player. 65 pt player who is having a career year this season

It's quite the garbage article.first thing I see on my phone feed this morning . Media trying to brainwash me against my boyyyy
It's quite the garbage article.
1. It misrepresents how far Pittsburgh is out of it. They're 9th in the conference and pacing for 3 points less than 8th in the conference and 3rd in the division.
2. It suggests that Pittsburgh expected a repeat of his 100 point Norris season last year, which is ridiculous. Defensemen expected to win a Norris don't come that cheap.
3. It talks about the other players involved in the deal, as if they were anything other than cap dumps.
4. It suggests they're currently projected to draft 13th, but that's false. They'd currently be drafting 16th.
5. It attempts to blame Pittsburgh's PP% on him, even though he currently leads the Penguins in PP points, and Pittsburgh is generating the most PP chances and expected goals in their modern recorded history. They're massively under-converting, which is pretty weird to blame on the defenseman.
6. They go after his defensive play, and while defensive play has never been Karlsson's strength, his on-ice expected goals against at 5v5 are the lowest they've been since 2019-2020, and his on-ice goals against are the lowest they've been since 2016-2017, and the 3rd lowest of his career.
7. They seem to simultaneously ignore his offensive contributions outside of the PP, and that Pittsburgh is outplaying the opposition (54.9 xGF%) and outscoring the opposition (55.68 GF%) while he's on the ice at 5v5.
8. They claim that it's going to set back their future, without actually explaining how, or apparently realizing that Karlsson could be traded for as many future assets as was spent on him, and likely more, if Pittsburgh decides to rebuild.
I highly doubt anybody in the Pittsburgh organization regrets it.
Its the hiring of the clueless Dubas that the Pittsburgh organization will soon if not already regret.
Its only a matter of time !!!!
